🔧 LCD & OLED Screen Assemblies | Material Safety SCREENS | MATERIAL SAFETY

Screens are one of the most common — and misunderstood — components in the recovery chain. At CycleCore, we specialize in processing and separating LCD and OLED displays for safe handling and maximum reuse potential.

Key Safety Considerations:

Glass Hazards: Cracked or delaminated screens may cause injury during unpacking or sorting. Our team uses safety gloves and proper PPE.

Backlight/Burn-in Risks: OLEDs may have residual image issues; LCDs are assessed for bleed, polarizer damage, or broken flex cables.

Testing Equipment: Screens are evaluated using commercial jigs such as the V15PM and sorted for refurbishment, recovery, or disposal.

Our Responsibility:

Whether testing for reuse, harvesting backlight panels, or separating for lamination — we maximize the potential of every screen that enters our facility.
