No — just send them in batches based on category (e.g., “DOA iPhones”, “Locked Android tablets”). We’ll take care of testing, grading, and proper processing.
What do you do with parts that still work?
If a component passes our function and quality checks, it’s either repurposed within the refurb community or remarketed to approved vendors. You can opt to receive credits, consignment options, or fixed buyback rates.
Is data security a concern?
Never. Data-handling is a top priority. We wipe or destroy every board and storage chip to protect you and your customers.
Do you issue certificates of recycling or destruction?
Yes — while we are not yet fully certified under R2 or RIOS, we do provide documentation and verification upon request for all major shipments.
